Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Standard shipping: 4–7 business days
Express shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Free shipping: Available on orders above a minimum order value (as displayed at checkout)
Tracking: All orders are shipped with a tracking number sent to your registered email/phone

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination country
Carriers used: DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS with full tracking
Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Currency: All prices are displayed in INR. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees.

StreetSmith is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Once an order is shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
