Domestic Orders (India)
Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-returnable items:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Accessories (caps, bags, socks)
- Items with visible signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
How to Initiate a Return (Domestic)
- Email us at streetsmithclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier — return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days
Refunds (Domestic)
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If you received a defective or wrong item, we'll cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or free replacement
Exchanges (Domestic)
- Exchanges for a different size or colour are accepted within the 7-day window, subject to availability
- If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued
International Orders
In line with standard e-commerce practice for international sales:
- Returns are not accepted for international orders unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect
- For defective/wrong items, contact us at streetsmithclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after review — return shipping for defective items will be coordinated by our team
- Refunds for international orders are processed to the original payment method and may take 10–14 business days depending on your bank
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return after delivery
