StreetSmith Return & Refund Policy

Domestic Orders (India)

Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Accessories (caps, bags, socks)
  • Items with visible signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer

How to Initiate a Return (Domestic)

  1. Email us at streetsmithclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier — return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days

Refunds (Domestic)

  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If you received a defective or wrong item, we'll cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or free replacement

Exchanges (Domestic)

  • Exchanges for a different size or colour are accepted within the 7-day window, subject to availability
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued

International Orders

In line with standard e-commerce practice for international sales:

  • Returns are not accepted for international orders unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect
  • For defective/wrong items, contact us at streetsmithclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after review — return shipping for defective items will be coordinated by our team
  • Refunds for international orders are processed to the original payment method and may take 10–14 business days depending on your bank

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return after delivery
